• Delivering 7/24 mobile or branch-level technical diagnostic, maintenance, and warranty support,
• Handling customer requests and complaints, and running customer satisfaction programs,
• Ensuring company safety and legal compliance regarding audits and judicial authorities.

Your processed data may be transferred to our main brand distributor AGCO Agricultural Machinery, legally authorized public offices, independent audit bureaus, and legally trusted corporate partners in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

Your data is collected through our 5 active branches, online job application/career forms, mobile service reports, or physical agreements in oral, written, or electronic channels. Processing rests on the legal grounds of "establishment or performance of a contract," "compliance with legal obligations," and "legitimate interests of the Company."
